On July 20, 2011 I participated in the Pennington County Fair Parade in Thief River Falls. This parade has grown dramatically over the last few years and has nearly as many entries as some of the bigger parades in the area, including the Detroit Lakes Water Carnival Parade. As you can see in the pictures, the weather was gorgeous and literally thousands of area residents took to the streets to watch the parade. I got to visit with my friend, Miss Thief River Falls 2010 Meghan Kuznia, too! Thanks again to Brent Fuller and Sherry Sorenson for arranging my attendance in this parade and for my vechile- an awesome Ford Mustang convertible!
